These terms apply to all services provided by The OSINT Group (TOG) Ltd (“TOG”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14546105, with its registered office at International House, 36-38 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3NG, United Kingdom.

2. Our services

We provide open-source intelligence (OSINT) and digital risk services to individuals and organisations worldwide, including:

• Digital Vulnerability Assessments (DVA)
• Digital Bodyguard Monitoring (DBM)
• Digital Red Team Assessments (DRTA)
• Intelligence Services
• AIRS
• OSINT training courses (virtual and classroom)

Each service is described on its page on this website. The exact scope, deliverables, timescales and price of bespoke services are confirmed in writing (in a proposal, quote or email) before work begins.

3. How to book

1. Contact us through the contact form on this website or by email at support@theosintgroup.com.
2. For training, we confirm availability and send you an invoice. For other services, we discuss your requirements and send you a written quote or proposal.
3. A contract is formed when you accept our quote or pay our invoice. By booking any service you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

We may decline any booking, for example if a request is outside our expertise, conflicts with existing work, or could involve unlawful or unethical activity.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on our website or in your quote. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We can invoice in other currencies by agreement.
• Prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes, which are added where required.
• We accept payment by debit or credit card and by bank transfer, including international payments.
• Payment is due by the date shown on the invoice. Training places are confirmed only once payment is received.
• For bespoke services we may ask for payment in advance, a deposit, or staged payments. These will be set out in your quote.
• You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees or transfer fees charged by your own bank or payment provider.
• If payment is late, we may pause or withhold services and deliverables until it is received.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• give us accurate and complete information needed to carry out the service
• use our services, reports and training only for lawful purposes
• have the authority to request any assessment you ask us to carry out, for example on your own organisation, staff or digital footprint
• not share course materials, logins or resource-platform access with anyone who has not booked a place

6. Legal and ethical standards

We carry out our work lawfully and ethically, using publicly and legitimately available information. We do not hack, access systems without authorisation, or carry out work intended to harass, stalk, defame or harm any person. We may stop any work, without refund, if we reasonably believe it is being used for such purposes.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat all client information and engagements as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties unless you agree, or we are required to by law.

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Reports and intellectual property

• Once paid for in full, reports and deliverables prepared for you are for your own internal use.
• We keep ownership of our methods, tools, templates, training materials and resource platform. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our written permission.
• Intelligence reports reflect the information available at the time of the assessment. Online information changes constantly, so we cannot guarantee that a report is complete or remains accurate over time.

9. Training courses

• Course dates, formats and content may change. If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer you a place on another date or a full refund.
• Virtual courses require a stable internet connection and a suitable device, which you are responsible for.
• Certificates are issued to delegates who attend the full course.
• Lifetime access to the resource platform is personal to the delegate. It is provided for as long as we operate the platform and may be withdrawn if it is misused.

10. Limitation of liability

• We provide our services with reasonable skill and care.
• Our services give intelligence and advice to help you manage risk. They do not guarantee that any threat, incident or loss will be prevented.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business, revenue or data.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet or platform outages, government action or illness. If this happens we will let you know and agree new dates or, where appropriate, a refund.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please email support@theosintgroup.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

13. International clients

We work with clients around the world. These terms are written in English, and the English version applies. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you book applies to your booking.
